Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
  2. Carrot 1/2 cup grated
  3. Spring onion 1/2 cup chopped
  4. Capsicum 1/2 chopped
  5. Ginger chilly paste 1 spoon
  6. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  7. Chickpea flour 1/2 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take all vegetables .put in the grinder and mashed it
  2. Take a chickpea flour and roast it in pan.
  3. Then add all above ingredients and mix well
  4. And make kabab
  5. Then kabab put in the pan .
  6. Greased with oil.
  7. And Roasted it both sides with oil
  8. Serve hot.
