Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped veggies (capsicum, carrots, onions, cabbage, beans)
  2. Paneer greated 1 fourth cup
  3. Boiled potatoes 2
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Bread crumbs half cup
  6. Garam masala half teaspoon
  7. Chaat masala 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all the veggies and spices mix well
  2. Then add Paneer and potatoes and mix well
  3. Add some bread crumbs for binding and combine well
  4. Then roll it in a cylindrical shape
  5. Heat up a pan or a tawa pour some oil to it let it become hot
  6. Then pan fry the kebabs till crispy and golden brown
  7. Serve hot with salad
