ABOUT Vegetable Kebab RECIPE

A mouth-watering afternoon snack, also a dinner party favourite

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 large potatoes (boiled)
  2. 1 cup green peas (par-boiled)
  3. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  4. 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  5. 1 tblsp ginger-garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp chaat masala
  7. 1 tsp aamchur
  8. 1 tsp kitchen-king masala
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 to 2 tblsp lemon juice
  12. Bread crumbs to coat the kebabs
  13. Corn flour slurry
  14. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all vegetables, spices and lemon juice well
  2. Make equal portions and give them desired shapes
  3. Dip the kebabs in cornflour slurry and coat them with bread crumbs
  4. Heat oil and deep fry them
  5. Serve hot with mint dip
