This is Delicious sweet bread recipe with chocolaty flavourd my kids love this home made bread bun with milk.This is very popular recipe in china it ia commanly enjoyed as a dessert or with cup of milk for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
  2. 1/2 Cup water
  3. 2 tbsp butter
  4. 1 tablespoon sugar
  5. one teaspoon instant dry yeast
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. 1/2 cup chocolate spread
  9. one fourth Cup milk

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl
  2. add warm water and dry activated yeast
  3. add sugar
  4. mix it well
  5. cover the bowl and rest it for 10 minutes
  6. yeast activated after 10 minutes
  7. add two cups of maida
  8. add salt and oil,butter
  9. mix all ingredients well
  10. add milk
  11. make a dough
  12. make a soft dough
  13. apply some oil
  14. cover the dough and put this in a warm place
  15. After 1 hours dough get rise in size
  16. Punch and Knead the dough well
  17. divide the dough in to 8 pieces
  18. Roll each piece into an oval shape
  19. add chocolate spread on each piece
  20. then fold it up one by one
  21. spray some oil onto the baking pan
  22. roll it like a rose shape
  23. let it rest for a 30 minutes
  24. after 30 minutes size get double
  25. brush some milk on the top
  26. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on 180C
  27. After 15-20 minute remove it from the ovan
  28. apply some butter on the top
  29. Chocolate rose bread bun is ready to serve
  30. Serve hot with tea or milk
