This is a delicious recipe, a lovely teddy bear looking recipe , which is a perfect snack for your kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 glass rice (soaked for 20 minutes)
  2. One small bowl of Besan
  3. 1 cheese slice
  4. 4-5 cloves
  5. One teaspoon of salt
  6. Half teaspoon black pepper
  7. Half teaspoon white pepper
  8. Half teaspoon soy sauce
  9. 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
  10. 4 table spoon Refined oil
  11. Very small cut onions

Instructions

  1. first of all soak basmati rice for 20 minutes after 3-4 wash.
  2. Now switch on gas put a big pan on gas and put 2 glass of water when it start boiling then put soaked rice in it.
  3. When rice are properly boiled then throw extra water if there is any, now keep it to cool down.
  4. Take a pan put little oil and soy sauce with white and black pepper put rice in it and stir it.
  5. Take a big bowl put Besan in it with little salt, onion and both peppers in it and make medium paste with the help of water.
  6. put a flat tawa on gas and greese it with 1 tablespoon of refined oil and when it becomes hot then put one small bowl of mixture on it and spread it.
  7. Turn it and let both sides be cooked properly, now our blanket & pillow of teddy is ready.
  8. Now rice are cooled down make one medium, one big and four small balls of rice according to the required shape.
  9. Now it's time to assemble teddy parts of body with the help of toothpicks if needed.
  10. Now cut cheese slices in shape of mouth and semicircle and tuck cloves in it.
  11. Take serving plate place teddy on it and cover it with blanket and pillow under It's head now teddy is ready to serve with sauces of your choice.
