ABOUT Teddy Bear Cookies RECIPE

A beautiful looking and a tempting snack which would attract the kids very much. It's even healthy as no artificial color is used instead beetroot juice is added. These cookies would go very well as a snack or even can be served with tea or coffee.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ghee, 1 big spoon
  2. Sugar, 50grams, powdered
  3. All purpose flour, 75grams
  4. Cardamom powder, 1/4tsp
  5. Baking soda, 1/4tsp
  6. Beetroot juice, 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add ghee and whisk it well until fluffy.
  2. Add sugar powder and whisk well again.
  3. Now add all purpose flour, cardamom powder, baking soda and mix.
  4. Now separate 1 portion of the mixture and keep aside.
  5. To the rest of the mix add beetroot juice and form a smooth dough.
  6. Form the dough of the mixture which was kept aside.
  7. Now you have two different colored doughs with you.
  8. Now form the teddy bears out of both the doughs and for the eyes you can use lavang and keep on microwave safe tawa.
  9. Now microwave them on convection mode for around 12-15 minutes as per the heat of your microwave.
  10. The delicious and beautiful looking cookies are ready.
  11. Let them come to room temperature and then enjoy and you can even store them in air tight container.
