Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full cream milk ½ litre
  2. Custard powder 2 spoon
  3. Sugar ½ cup
  4. Vetmicelli 2 spoon
  5. Sabja seeds ½ spoon
  6. Thandai syrup 2 spoon
  7. Water as required
  8. Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix custard powder in the cup milk
  2. Boil remaining milk on low flame for 5 minutes
  3. Add custard milk and boil for 2 more minutes
  4. Stir continuously
  5. Add sugar and switch off the flame
  6. Let it cool completely
  7. Blend with blender until smooth
  8. Pour some chocolate sauce in a round plastic box
  9. Pour the ice cream milk
  10. Keep in freezer for 5-6 hours
  11. Boil 1 cup water and add vermicelli and Sabha seeds in it
  12. Boil until vermicelli cooked completely
  13. Strain in steainer and wash with cold water
  14. Mix vermicelli with thanks syrup
  15. Keep aside for 10 minutes
  16. Take out the ice cream in a teay
  17. Spread thandai flavor vermicelli and chocolate syrup
  18. Cut in 4 parts and serve
