Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 4 carrots
  3. 2 onion
  4. 1cup green peas
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4teaspoon cumin seeds
  7. 1 big cardamom
  8. 1dalchini [cinnamon]
  9. 1 tezpatta [bay leaf]

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice
  2. Heat oil in a cooker
  3. Put cumin seeds
  4. Put tha all whole garam masalas
  5. Put sliced onions
  6. Cook them till brown
  7. Add chopped carrot and peas
  8. Cook properly
  9. Add salt
  10. Now put rice and 1 and 1 cup of water.
  11. Cook till the cooker reaches 1 whistle
  12. Open and serve with curd
