Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 glass rice
  2. 2 onions
  3. 1piece ginger
  4. 2carrots
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 1/2cup grean peas
  7. 1/2floret cauliflower
  8. Salt
  9. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1/4tsp red chilli
  11. 1piece dalchini.
  12. 4tsp oil.

Instructions

  1. Soak rice
  2. Cut all d vegies.
  3. Heat oil in a cooker.
  4. Add cumin seeds
  5. Add dalchini.
  6. Nw add onion
  7. Brown them
  8. Add ginger julian.
  9. Nw add all vegies n stir well.
  10. Add salt n red chilli.
  11. Mix it.
  12. Add rice n.1 glass water.
  13. Cook till 1 whistle.
  14. Open n serve hot.
