Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 100 gsm
  2. Peas 50 gsm
  3. Onion medium size 2 no
  4. Tomato medium size 1 no
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespooon
  6. Mint leaves few
  7. Coriander leaves few
  8. Green chillies 4no
  9. Chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Coconut grated 2 table spoon
  13. Cashew 10
  14. fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  15. Raw garam masala few
  16. Oil 2 table spoon
  17. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add oil add raw garam masala then add onion ,fry it add ginger garlic paste ,then add green chillies mint leaves and coriander leaves fry nicely.
  2. Now add mutter ( soak panneer in hot water for fifteen minutes) now add chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala salt fry nicely now add tomatoes fry it ,now add 1 1/2 tumbler water allow it boil and wait veg gets cooked.
  3. Once vegetables is cooked add coconut paste( grind grated coconut,cashew,fennel seeds) and add soaked panneer
  4. Allow it for two min to boil and should become little thick in consistency.
  5. Now karma is ready
