Take a cooker add oil, add mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves.
Add onions, ginger and garlic, fry till pink, add vegetables, turmeric, salt and fry for a while. Add water and close the cooker and cook till one whistle.
After opening the cooker again, add the ground masala and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with dosa, poori and chapati.
