Ingredients Serving: 4
Paneer - 100 grams
Seasonal veggies (I used cauliflower, peas, potato, carrot and french beans) - 1 cup
For gravy
Milk - 4 cup
Cauliflower flowers - 1 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 4
Green chillie - 4
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Kitchen king masala - 2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Dagi Mirch Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Kasuri methi - 2 teaspoon
Salt - according to taste
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Kaju, grated paneer and cherries for garnish
Instructions
First cut potato, carrot in cubes, cut french beans finely. Separate the flower of cauliflower, mix pea balls with the vegetables, wash properly and boil a little with salt. After boiling strain the vegetables.
Take 1 cup cauliflower flowers wash properly and boil with 1 cup milk, chopped onion and green chilies. When all milk reduce andcauliflower become soft remove from fire.
Grind this mixture in grinder.
Make a fine paste.
Now put oil in a pan, crackle cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add onion and cauliflower paste and saute.
Saute this paste until paste leaves edges and oil.
When mixture begins to leave edges of pan add all masala and mix well.
Now add all milk. Add kasuri methi, sugar and salt. Make a smooth gravy. Stir regularly.
After that add boiled vegetables and paneer. Cut into cubes.
Cook for some time, transfer in a serving dish, garnish with cherries, small paneer cubes, kaju and grated paneer.
