Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm. Beans(2"vertically cut)
  2. 250 gm.peas
  3. 250 gm.Caroot(cut in 2" long strips)
  4. 2 Onions (Vertically cut)
  5. 5 Bok choy(1bok choy in 3 halves)
  6. 2Capsicum(vertically cut)
  7. 1/2 tsp. each Salt& black pepper
  8. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Switch on gas put a deep panon it with 2 tsp. oil and onions in it when they become transparent then put all Vegetables in it.
  2. Stir them and put salt and pepper in it cover the lid for 5 min.stir it twice or thrice.
  3. Take a serving bowl and transfer cooked veggies in it and ready to serve.
