Take soaked Moong dal, green chilli ginger, peas and grind them together with 1/2 cup of water.
Roasted the whole masalas and dry grind it, add to the batter.
These are toppings to be spread onto the chilla.
Heat a tawa and grease it with some oil.
Now pour a ladle of the wet batter onto the tawa, spread it a bit, now sprinkle the onion, tomatoes and grated paneer.
Cook both sides, with little oil.
Serve with red and green chatni
