  4. Idli batter 2 tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Hing pinch
  7. Ajwain
  8. Salt
  9. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. SLICE RAW BANANA VERTICALLY TO GET THIN SLICES
  2. PERFECT!
  3. ADD 1 CUP BESAN
  4. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP AJWAIN
  6. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  7. ADD PINCH OF HING
  8. ADD OUR SECRET INGREDIENT 2 TBSP IDLI BATTER TO REPLACE RICE FLOUR AND BAKING SODA
  9. ADD APPROX 1/2 CUP WATER AND MIX WELL
  10. WHISK THE BATTER FOR SMOOTH BATTER
  11. COAT BANANA SLICES UNIFORMLY. REMOVE EXCESS BATTER.
  12. DEEP FRY ON MEDIUM FLAME
  13. FLIP ON OTHER SIDE TO COOK
  14. READY FOR TEATIME!!
  15. SERVE WITH CHUTNEY!
