ABOUT Pav bhaji with Brun Pav RECIPE

Mix of healthy boiled veggies in a coarse mix mash ,adding saute frelied onions and lots of butter as per taste .Cooked in authentic spuces ,and Pav bhaji everest masala is the base of this dish.Enjoyed as evening snack as well as a starter at mang kitty parties too.Veggues boiled with tomatoes and ginger garlic saute in onions is the Taste buster here.can enjoy with Pav a baked bread stapke of maharashtra and Goa.,and hard breads cald Brun Pav is just awesome to go with it too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup each of french beans,carrots,cauliflower,capsicum,green peas chopped or diced small
  2. 2 medium sized potatoes
  3. Wash mix all veggies and cut pieces of potatoes
  4. 2 onions chopped fine
  5. 3 tomayoes
  6. 1tblspn ginger garlic paste
  7. Corriander
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2tblspn butter amul
  10. 1 1/2 tspn red chilli kashmiri powder
  11. Pinch of turmetic
  12. 2table spoonfuls Everest Pav Bhaji Masala
  13. 2 tblspn Oil

Instructions

  1. ALL INGREDIENTS SET,BUT A PREPARED VEGETABLE BHAJI MASH OF PAV BHAJI SEEN ,AS FINAL MASH TO BE USED
  2. HEAT ADD 2CHOPPED ONIONS TO SAUTE
  3. ADD 1 TBLSPN OF AMUL BUTTER HERE SAUTE WELL,ADD 1TBLSPN GINGER GARLIC PASTE TOO
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE ADJUSTING WITH MIX VEGETABLE MASH,ADD 1/1/2 TSPN RED CHILLI KASHMIRI
  5. ADD THE EVEREST PAV BHAJI MSSALA HERE ABT 1/4TH PACKET OR SAY 2 TBLSPN OR SO MIX WELL
  6. ADD THE BHAJI MASH PREPARED NOW TO THE SAUTE MASALA AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD THE EXTRA VEGETABLE STOCK LEFT OF THE BOILED VEGGIES TO GET THE CONSISTENCY REQUIRED
  8. REMOVE IN A DISH TO SERVE ADDING A BLOB OF AMUL BUTTER TO GARNISH
  9. CUT OUT PAV TO SERVE WITH MAY OR MAY NOT TOAST THESE IN BUTTER,ITS A CHOICE
