Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 patatoes
  2. 2 medium tamatoes
  3. 1 cup green peas
  4. 3/4cup chpoed cauliflower
  5. 1 large chopped onion
  6. Ginger garlic paste
  7. Turmeric
  8. Red chilly powder
  9. Cumin powder
  10. Pav bhaji masala
  11. Lemon juice
  12. Salt
  13. Oil
  14. Butter
  15. Chopped coriander
  16. 10 pav

Instructions

  1. Take all the vegetables and pressure coom them for 2 whistle
  2. Mashed the boiled vegetables
  3. In a wok add 2 table spoon of butter and 2 table spoon oil
  4. Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute it untill onion gets golden
  5. Add tamatoes and salt
  6. Add red chilly powder turmeric powder coriander powder and pav bhaji masala
  7. Cook it for five more minutes
  8. Add mashed vegetables and lemon juice
  9. Cook on sim for 10 minutes
  10. Switch off the flame
  11. Add coriander
  12. In a pan add butter and shallow fry the pav from both the sides
  13. Serve it piping hot
