Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer 300gms
  2. Boiled potatoes 2grated
  3. Capsicum 2tbsp chopped
  4. Coriander leaves 2tbsp
  5. Mint leaves 2tbsp chopped
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Green chilli 5chopped
  8. Salt 1tsp
  9. Slurry
  10. Cornflour 4tbsp
  11. Maida 4tbsp
  12. Baking powder 1/4tsp
  13. Salt 1/4tsp
  14. Chopped coriander leaves 1tbsp
  15. Chilled Water 1/2Cup
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Arrange all the ingredients
  2. IN MASHED PANEER ADD BOILED AND GRATED POTATO, CHOPPED CAPSICUM AND GREEN CHILLIES
  3. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, MINT LEAVES, CRUSHED RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. ADD SALT
  5. MIX EVERYTHING PROPERLY
  6. SHAPE INTO A ROUND SHAPE
  7. IN A BOWL ADD CORNFLOUR AND MAIDA
  8. ADD BAKING POWDER, SALT, CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  9. ADD CHILLED WATER AND MIX
  10. ADD WATER ACCORDINGLY SO THAT IT COATS THE SPOON
  11. DIP THE CUTLET IN THE SLURRY AND DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  12. TURN AFTER A MINUTE
