  1. Onion...2
  2. Chopped green chilli...2
  3. Flour...1/2cup
  4. Semolina...1/4cup
  5. Cumin seeds...1tspn
  6. Cumin powder...1tspn
  7. turmeric powder...1tspn
  8. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil...to fry

Instructions

  1. MIX SALT,RED CHILLI, TURMERIC & CUMIN POWDER WITH CHOPPED ONION.
  2. ADD CUMIN SEEDS,CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI,FLOUR & SEMOLINA.
  3. ADD WATER & MAKE A SMOOTH MIXTURE OF IT.
  4. HEAT OIL & FRY PAKODAS IN MEDIUM FLAME.
  5. FRY BOTH THE SIDES TILL IT CRISP.
