Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For bhatura---
  2. 2 cup flour
  3. 2 tbsp suji
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 cup butter milk
  8. 2 tsp oil
  9. Oil for frying
  10. For chhola---
  11. 2 cup boiled chhola
  12. 1 onion
  13. 1 tomato
  14. 1 green chiili
  15. 4 cloves of garlic
  16. 1 tsp ginger paste
  17. Coriander leaves
  18. 4 tbsp oil
  19. 1 tsp jeera
  20. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  21. Pinch of hing
  22. 2 cloves
  23. 1 bay leaf
  24. 6 curry leaves
  25. Salt as per taste
  26. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  27. 1/4 tsp haldi
  28. 1 tsp coriander powder
  29. 2 tsp chana masala
  30. 1 tsp garam masala
  31. 1 lemon juice
  32. Coriander leaves and onion slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. TAKE FLOUR IN A PARAT
  2. ADD SUJI AND SALT
  3. BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA
  4. ADD BUTTERMILK
  5. AND OIL
  6. ADD WATER AND MAKE DOUGH
  7. AND KEEP ASIDE
  8. YAKE A MIXI AND ADD ONION,TOMATO,GINGER PASTE,
  9. CHILLI AND GARLIC CLOVES AND MAKE A PASTE
  10. HEAT OIL AND ADD JEERA ,RAI,CLOVES,BAY LEAF AND CURRY LEAVES
  11. THEN ADD ONION TOMATO PASTE
  12. AND STIR AND ROAST IT
  13. WHEN IT START TO LEAVE OIL ADD HALDI,RED CHILLI,CHANA MASALA, CORIANDER POWDER AND GARAM MASALA
  14. AND ROAST ALL OF THEM
  15. COOK 5 MIN.
  16. THEN ADD SALT AND 1 CUP WATER
  17. AND MIX ALL
  18. THEN ADD BOILED CHANA
  19. CORIANDER LEAVES AND LEMON JUICE
  20. LET THEM COOK FOR 10 MIN. OUR VEGETABLE IS READY
  21. NOW TAKE BALL FROM DOUGH AND MAKE BHATURA
  22. FRY THEM IN HEATED OIL
  23. SERVE WITH CHHOLA
