Method of making chole
Wash the soaked channa and boil it till tender. Heat oil in deep pan. Grind tomatoes chilli and ginger to fine paste, add it to hot oil, add chola masala garam masala and red chilli.Cook till it leaves oil, now add boiled chola salt and kasoori methi.If needed can add little water and cook till the chola is coated with masala and gravy is thick..Without onion garlic Chole is ready to serve with garam garam bhatura.
