Everyone loves chole bhature, this is my recipe of making it.

Ingredients Serving: 6
chickpeas 2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
1 tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
bay leaf - 1
cardamom - 2
1 cup chopped onion
Adrak julian 2 inch
Hari mirch julian 4-5
Salt to taste
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Lal mirch powder 1 tsp
Dhania powder [coriander powder] 2 tsp
Zeera powder [cumin powder] 1 tsp
2 tsp chole masala
1 tsp kala namak [black salt]
1/2 cup malayi/cream
Dhania leaves [coriander leaves] - handful
For bhature :
1 cup maida
1/2 cup atta
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sour curd
Salt to taste
A pinch sugar powder
Sparkling water (soda) 1 bottle
1 tbsp suji
Instructions
For chole :
Soak the chickpeas overnight until they soak and fluff up. Take a cooker add chole,tea bag, you can add 1 amla too. soak it overnight. Add salt and boil it .
Heat some oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds and all the khada masalas [whole masalas] saute for a min ,now add onion. Saute for 5 min. Now add tomatoes, ginger juliennes and all the powdered masalas.
Now add malayi and boiled chana ,simmer for 10-15 min. This is ready to be eaten.
For bhaturas :
Take all the ingredients and make a dough.rest it for 1 hr.
Now heat ample amount of oil to fry the bhaturas. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them out. Deep fry the bhaturas and serve hot with some chole on the side.
