  2. Minced mutton 500gms
  3. Egg 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  5. garam masala powder 1tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1.5tsp
  7. Haldi powder 1tsp
  8. Fresh cream 4tsp
  9. Bread crumbs 2
  10. Salt 1tsp
  11. Mustard oil 2cup
  12. Filling for kofta
  13. Onion 1chopped finely
  14. Green chilli 3chopped
  15. Coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
  16. Ingredients for Gravy
  17. Onion 4
  18. Tomatoes 3
  19. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  20. coriander powder 2tbsp
  21. Red chilli powder 1.5tsp
  22. Haldi powder 1tsp
  23. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  24. Salt to taste
  25. Curd fresh 1cup
  26. White paste
  27. Coconut powder 1tbsp
  28. Poppy seeds 1tbsp
  29. Almond 6
  30. Green cardamom 5
  31. Clove 5
  32. Cinnamon stick 2inch
  33. Jeera 1tsp
  34. Saunf 1tsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS . WASH KEEMA PROPERLY AND SQUEEZE ALL THE WATER
  2. IN THE MINCED MUTTON ADD BOILED AND SQUEEZED SOYA GRANULES, FRESH BREAD CRUMBS AND MALAI
  3. ADD EGG AND RED CHILLI POWDER,HALDI, SALT, AND GARAM MASALA
  4. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. CHOP ONION FINELY AND MIX IN CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES FOR FILLING IN THE KOFTA
  6. MIX EVERYTHING FOR FEW MINUTES
  7. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX AGAIN
  8. ADD KEEMA MIXTURE IN A CHOPPER AND BLEND AGAIN PROPERLY. THIS MAKES A SMOOTH MIXTURE
  9. GREASE YOUR HAND. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF KEEMA AND PUT THE FILLING IN MIDDLE AND MAKE A ROUND BALL
  10. HEAT MUSTARD OIL IN A WOK .ON MEDIUM HEAT ADD THE BALLS ONE BY ONE
  11. AFTER FEW MINUTES ONLY TURN THE KOFTA.TAKE OUT WHEN GOLDEN IN COLOUR
  12. KOFTAS ARE IN GOOD ROUND SHAPE AND GOLDEN IN COLOUR
  13. LET'S MAKE THE GRAVY
  14. IN THE OIL ADD ONION PASTE
  15. WHEN ONION TURNS A LITTLE BROWN ADD THE POWDER MASALAS
  16. ADD TOMATO PUREE
  17. GRIND FINELY THE WHITE PASTE INGREDIENTS AND WHOLE GARAM MASALA
  18. ADD THE PASTE WHEN YOU CAN SEE OIL AT THE SIDES OF WOK. ADD BEATEN CURD AND MIX THE GRAVY
  19. WHEN OIL STARTS RELEASING ADD 2CUPS WATER
  20. THE GRAVY SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY THIN AS YOU WILL COOK KOFTA ..IT WILL ABSORB MOISTURE FROM THE GRAVY
  21. WHEN THE GRAVY STARTS BOILING ADD FRIED KOFTAS.COOK COVERED ON SLOW HEAT
  22. AFTER HALF AND HOUR ADD FEW GREEN CHILLIES
