Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  2. Sugar 2 pinches
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  6. Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Main ingredient
  10. Paneer 200 grams
  11. Capsicum 1 big sized
  12. Onion 3 medium sized
  13. Green chilies 2 to 3

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 3 DICED ONIONS, 1 DICED CAPSICUM, SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINS
  2. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS, SAUTE
  3. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES, 2-3 GREEN CHILIES, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  4. ADD 200 GMS CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE, 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
