ABOUT Chilli paneer RECIPE

This is a fusion recipe of little chinese spices and sauces along with the Indian paneer, a perfect side dish ti be served with some fried rice or roti.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer - 1/2 cup
  2. Green chilli - 2
  3. Red chilli - 2
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. 1 onion
  6. Garlic ginger paste 2 tsp
  7. Tomato puree 1 cup
  8. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Salt
  11. Oil
  12. garam masala 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Fry the paneer till brown ,Put the oil in kadahi and put cumin seed and green chilli paste
  2. Now add onion and saute at medium flame
  3. Now add chopped capsicum and saute it some time
  4. Now add all the masala and fry till the oil comes out
  5. Now add puree and after some time add paneer
  6. And after some time put salt and 1 cup water and leave to boil
  7. After some time put off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves
