Dry roast whole pepper , cumin seeds , dry curry leaves till aroma is released . Curry leaves should easily be crushed within our palms . Tats the consistency. Remove from the heat . Cool and grind to
a smooth powder . Keep aside. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok . Add chopped onions . Sauté till
Translucent . Add 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste. Sauté till raw smell leaves .
Add the chopped mushrooms 250 grams .Sauté for 2 minutes . Add salt , 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Add 1/4 teaspoon curry powder , ground curry leaf powder . Cover and cook for 2 more minutes .
Mushroom releases it’s own juices so needn’t add water . Once the mushrooms are cooked , increase
the flame to high . Toss quickly without burning the mushrooms . This step is to drain water .
Curry leaves pepper mushroom is ready . This is a dry version .
