ABOUT VEGETABLE FRIED RICE (leftover rich) RECIPE

Who doesn't love fried rice?? Here is an easy fried rice recipe that can be prepared with leftover rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot 2 julienned
  2. Capsicum 1 julienned
  3. Cabbage shredded - a handful
  4. Beans 1/2 cup finely chopped
  5. Fried rice masala 3-4 tbsp
  6. Salt as required
  7. Oil 4 tbsp
  8. Leftover rice 4 cups

Instructions

  1. POUR 4 TBSP OIL IN A PAN AND ADD THE VEGGIES
  2. SAUTE IT FOR COUPLE OF SECONDS
  3. CLOSE IT WITH A LID AND LET IT COOK FOR 3-4 MINS . THE VEGGIES SHOULD NOT BECOME VERY TENDER
  4. ADD FRIED RICE MASALA TO IT. NO NEED TO ADD SOY SAUCE FOR THIS MASALA, AS IT CONTAINS IT
  5. NOW ADD SALT AS REQUIRED
  6. SAUTE IT AND ADD THE LEFTOVER RICE GRADUALLY AND MIX WELL IN MEDIUM TO HIGH FLAME.
