Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup soozi
  2. 1 cup yogurt
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 carrot
  6. 1 green bell pepper
  7. 1 tsp coariander powder,turmeric powder
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ADD OIL AND CURRY LEAVES IN A PAN AND SAUTE FOR 2 MIN AND ADD 1 TSP HING.
  2. THEN ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE TILL BROWN.
  3. THEN ADD CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER,CARROT ,GREEN CHILLI AND SAUTE FOR 5 MIN AND ADD 1 TSP SALT.
  4. THEN ADD 2 TSP SOY SAUCE,CHILLI SAUCE ,AND ADD COARIANDER ,TURMERIC POWDER AND MIX .
  5. CUT IDDLI INTO 5-6 SMALL PIECES AND ADD INTO THE MIXTURE AND TOSS.
  6. ADD 2 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP AND MIX.
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER SO THAT ALL SAUCES COAT EVENLY THEN MIX ALL WELL.
  8. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED COARIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT.
