  1. Oil 2 spn
  2. Rai 1/2 spoon
  3. Jeera 1/2 spoon
  4. Onion finely chopped 1 tsp
  5. Cabbage finely chopped 1 tbsp
  6. Boiled peas 1tbsp
  7. Carrot grated 1tbsp
  8. Turmeric 1/2tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  10. Green chilli ginger paste 1tsp
  11. Jeera powder 1tsp
  12. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  13. Scheswan sauce 1tsp
  14. Salt 1 tsp
  15. Coriander finely chopped 1tsp
  16. Idli batter 1/2 kg

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PAN..ADD TWO SPN OIL..RAI,JEERA,FINELY CHOPPED ONION,CABBAGE ,CHILLI GINGER PASTE & SAUTE
  2. NOW ADD GRATED CARROT , BOILED PEAS & COOK FOR FEW MINS
  3. ADD HALF SPN TURMERIC ONE SPN, RED CHILLI POWDER,ONE SPN SCHESWAN SAUCE
  4. ADD SALT & JEERA POWDER...
  5. SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER POWDER & ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER , MIX PROPERLY..
  6. PUT ONE SPOON IDLI BATTER IN EACH MOULD..
  7. PUT ONE BALL OF STUFFING INBETWEEN IDLI BATTER IN THE MOULD
  8. COVER THE STUFFING WITH ANOTHER SPOON OF IDLI BATTER
  9. STEAM IT FOR TEN MIN
