Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Curd 2 cups
  2. Semolina 2 cups
  3. 2-3 boiled patatoes
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Few fresh curry leaves
  7. Oil 2 teaspoon
  8. Gun powder (optional)
  9. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  10. 1 pouch ENO
  11. 1/2 cup boil peas.

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a pan and heat, add mastud seedsm, mashed potatoes, salt , turmeric, gun powder, bolied peas curry leaves and Mix well.
  2. Take a bowl, add curd and semolina with a bit of salt. Leave it for 5 minutes. Grease idli moulds with oil.
  3. Add ENO in semolina and mix well.
  4. Now take 1 spoon idli mix in mould and put sum potato masala over it and cover it again with semolina mix.
  5. Steam it 15 mins at high flame in an idli steamer. Now idlis are ready, cut from centre and serve with coconut chutney.
