Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp carrom seeds
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. Water as required
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For minty potato vegetable---
  8. 4 large boiled potato cubes
  9. 1 tsp ginger chopped
  10. 1 tsp garlic paste
  11. 2 green chilli
  12. 4-5 curry leaves
  13. 2 tbsp mint chutney
  14. 3 tbsp oil
  15. 1 tsp jeera
  16. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  17. Pinch of hing
  18. 1/2 tsp haldi
  19. Salt as per taste
  20. 2 tsp coriander powder
  21. 1 tsp garam masala
  22. 1 lemon 's juice
  23. Coriander leaves
  24. 1 tbsp seasme seeds

Instructions

  1. TAKE FLOUR IN BOWLADD CARROM SEEDS AND CARROT PUREE
  2. ADD DALT AND WATER
  3. MAKE TIGHT DOUGH FOR PURIS
  4. SET ASIDE
  5. TAKE A PAN HEAT OIL
  6. ADD JEERA RAI AND HING
  7. ADD GINGER
  8. AND GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE
  9. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLI AND GREEN CHUTNEY
  10. ADD SPICES AND ROAST
  11. HALDI AND CORIANDER POWDER
  12. WHEN IT LEAVES OIL ADD POTATO
  13. COAT POTATO IN MASALA
  14. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER AND COOK
  15. SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  16. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX FINELY
  17. FINALLY ADD SEASME SEEDS OUR MINTY POTATO VEGETABLE IS READY
  18. NOW ROLL DOWN DOUGH AND CUT PURIS IN DESRIED SHAPE AND FRY IN HEATED OIL
  19. OUR CUTE CARROT PURIS WITH MINTY POTATO ARE READY TO SERVE
  20. SERVE THEM WITH CUCUMBER AND ONION GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
