Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot- 4- 4
  2. Ghee- 1- 3 TBS
  3. Milkmaid (Optional) - 1- 4 TBS
  4. Jaggery (Powder) - 1- 3Tbs
  5. Cashews, Almonds, Raisins(Crushed) - 6- 6 nos each

Instructions

  1. Take a shallow pan, add Ghee (Preferably homemade Ghee), Saute Grated Carrots with medium heat and stir it continuously.
  2. Once the carrot becomes soft add Jaggery and milkmaid by stirring it for two minutes.
  3. Turn off the stove, add crushed almonds, cashews and Raisins.
  4. After 5 minutes, add a teaspoon of with ghee and make medium round shape laddoo.

This sounds like a delicious and guilt-free treat! My kids are surprisingly picky eaters, but they love carrots, so I might actually try this. It reminds me of something I'd find at a farmers' market. If you're looking for something else carrot-related to keep the kids entertained while you cook, my son really enjoyed that game Crazy Cattle 3D a while back. Might be worth a look! Thanks for sharing!
