  1. Beetroot chopped and ground 1/2 cup
  2. Dosa batter 3 cup
  3. Carrot chopped and ground 1/2 cup
  4. Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. FERMENTED DOSA BATTER
  2. GRIND CHOPPED CARROT
  3. GRIND CHOPPED BEETROOT BY ADDING DOSA BATTER
  4. BEETROOT MIXED BATTER, ADD GROUND CARROT
  5. MIX WELL
  6. APPLY OIL TO HEATED TAVA
  7. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER AND SPREAD
  8. SPREAD IN ROUND, CLOSE THE LID, COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  9. OPEN THE LID, REMOVE
  10. FLIP OVER IT TO COOK ANOTHER SIDE FOR 1 MINUTE
  11. REMOVE AND SERVE
