Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup of chopped Onion
  3. 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of Chilly powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Add few chopped coriander leavs
  8. Tempering pan

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL CRACK THE EGGS
  2. BEAT WELL
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONION TURMERICPOWDER
  4. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, AND ALSO SALT AND PEPPER
  5. MIX WELL ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER
  6. HEAT A TEMPERING PAN ADD LITTLE OIL
  7. POUR THE EGG BATTER COOK FOR LOWFLAME
  8. GENTLY FILP THE EGG
  9. THEN COOK FOR A MINUTE AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND TRANSFER THE PLATE
  10. TASTY MY GRANDMA'S SPECIAL KARANDI OMELET
