Nice karanji recipe!
In a heavy bottom pan cook milk and coconut until all milk is reduced( stir occasionally)
Add sugar and cook till you get semi dried mixture
Let the mixture cool
Add dry fruits and cardamom powder. The filling is ready
Meanwhile take rawa and maida in a bowl add a pinch of salt and hot ghee
Lightly mix everything
Add milk and knead soft dough
Cover the dough with a moist muslin cloth for 10 minutes
Take a small portion of the dough and roll it
Fill the stuffing and make shape of karanji
Seal the edges tightly
Cut edges with cutter
Deep fry these karanjis till crisp and Golden
