Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. FOR THE STRAWBERRY
  2. 1/2 kg cut strawberries
  3. 3 tbsp brown sugar
  4. 2 tbsp flour
  5. FOR CRUMBLE
  6. 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 1/ cup oats
  8. 3 tbsp cold butter
  9. 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  10. 1 tsp cinnsmon

Instructions

  1. ADD 500 GMS CHOPPED STRAWBERRIES INTO A BUTTER GREASED BAKING DISH
  2. MIX 3 TBSP BROWN SUGAR, 2 TBSP FLOUR
  3. ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE TO THE STRAWBERRIES
  4. ADD THE SUGAR & FLOUR MIX
  5. TAKE 1/4 CUP WHOLE-WHEAT FLOUR, ADD 1/4 CUP OATS
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER, 1 TSP CINNAMON POWDER
  7. ADD 3 TBSP BUTTER CUT INTO CUBES, RUB IN
  8. MIX INTO A CRUMBLE LIKE THIS
  9. ADD THIS ON TOP OF THE STRAWBERRIES
  10. DOT WITH SOME COLD BUTTER ON TOP
  11. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 25-30 MINS
  12. STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE IS READY, SERVE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM / WHIPPED CREAM
