Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  2. Ginger cloves 5-6
  3. Onion chopped 1/4 cup
  4. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  5. Turmeric powder a pinch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Water 1/4 cup
  8. Red chilli 1
  9. Tamarind 1/2 gooseberry sized
  10. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD GARLIC
  2. ADD WHITE ONION, FRY TILL TENDER
  3. ADD RED CHILLI
  4. CURRY LEAVES
  5. TURMERIC POWDER AND COCONUT
  6. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  7. ADD SOME WATER AND SALT
  8. POUR INTO SERVING BOWL
