ABOUT Garlic And Tomato Fried Chutney RECIPE

Yummy chutney that can be eaten with rice, batis or missi rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tomatoes - 8, chopped
  2. Garlic cloves - 20
  3. Zeera - 2 tsp
  4. Khadi lal mirch - 5
  5. Salt as required
  6. Oil - 3 tsp
  7. Heeng powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in blender except oil and zeera. Blend it well to make a paste add one cup water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add zeera when it starts spluttering add the paste and fry till oil separates.
  3. Garlic and tomato fried chutney is ready to serve.
