  1. Ladyfinger (okra) 20 nos
  2. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  3. Tumeric pinch
  4. Oil 4 tsp
  5. Water required
  6. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. CHOP LADy FINGERS.
  2. FRY IT IN DRY PAN
  3. AFTER FEW MINS ADD SALT. FRY UPTO IT SLIMY DISAPPEAR.
  4. ADD SOME WATER AND LET IT COOK.
  5. AFTER COOKED ADD OIL IN PAN AND FRY IT
  6. ADD CHILLI POWDER
  7. OPTIONAL (EXCESS OIL ADD ONION, GREATED COCONUT, NUT. AND FRY FOR MIN. OIL STILL MAKE CURD RAITHA)
  8. READY TO SERVE.
