ABOUT Mutton Pepper Fry RECIPE

This is a easy no grinding instant pepper fry which can be made in 1/2 hr if you have mutton at home. Bachelors can cook it easily.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 1/2 kg
  2. Mutton masala 2 tsp
  3. Pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Salt accordingly
  6. Onion 2
  7. Oil 20 ml
  8. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Chana dal 1/2 tsp
  10. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  11. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. COOK 1/2 KG MUTTON, 2 TSP MUTTON MASALA POWDER, 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, SALT AND WATER FOR 6 WHISTLES
  2. IN A KADAI FRY ONIONS,MUSTARD ,CHANNADAL WITH 20 ML OIL
  3. ADD THE COOKED MUTTON
  4. STIR WELL TILL THE MASALA BECOMES DRY AND OIL OOZES OUT
  5. ADD 1 TABLESPOON FRESH PEPPER POWDER AND STIR WELL
  6. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE IN A TADKA PAN
  7. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES AND FRY TILL CRISPY
  8. ADD TO THE MUTTON FRY
  9. MUTTON PEPPER FRY IS READY
