  1. Mutton Liver 1/2 kg
  2. Onion 1
  3. Ginger 1 piece
  4. Garlic 2 pods
  5. Cumin 1 tsp
  6. Pepper 1 tsp
  7. Fennal 1 tsp
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Oil 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. MUTTON LIVER FRY
  2. GRIND GINER, GARLIC. THEN GRIND ONION, PEPPER POWDER, FENNAL POWDER
  3. MAKE IT LIKE A PASTE.
  4. ADD OIL IN PAN
  5. ADD MASALA UPTO IT COLOUR AND SMELL CHANGE FRY IT.
  6. THEN ADD WATER.
  7. ADD LIVER IN IT. AFTER IT COOKED OFF THE STOVE.
  8. HEALTHY LIVER FRY. READY TO SERVE.
