  1. 1cup besan
  2. 250gram paneer (cottage cheese)
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/2spoon red chilly powder
  5. 1/2spoon turmeric powder
  6. 2spoon mint chutney
  7. 1)4spoon baking soda
  8. 1/4spoon kassori methi
  9. Oil fir frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GRAM PANEER (COTTAGE CHESSE )AND CUT INTO SLICES
  2. PUT INTO A BOWL AND MARINATE WITH MINT CHUNTNEY
  3. KEEP THE MARINATED PANEER INTO REFRIGERATOR FOR 15MINTUES
  4. TAKE A BOWL ADD ONE CUP GRAM FLOUR (BESAN )1/4 SPOON BAKING SODA 1/4SPOON DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES
  5. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE 1/2SPOON REDCHILLY POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER
  6. ADD WATER AND MAKE BATTER
  7. DIP MARINATED PANNER INTO BESAN BATTER AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN AT MEDIUM FLAME
  8. REMOVE INTO A PLATE
