Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cottage chees(paneer)200grams
  2. Garam masala powder 1tea spoon.
  3. Red chilly powder 1table spoon.
  4. Thick curd 1/2cup.
  5. Chat masala.1tea spoon .
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Carom seeds 1tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices in curd ,add salt.
  2. Make slices of cottage chees of your choice.marinate in the curd and keep in fridge for 30minutes.
  3. Put each paneer piece separately on a non_stick pan,dry roast for 2_3minutes on each side on low to midium flame till golden.
  4. Pierce a toothpick in each piece of paneer.
  5. Serve with sauce/ketchup.
