ABOUT Three bell pepper paneer sticks RECIPE

This is low calorie snack with minimum spices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 each of yellow green and red bell pepper
  2. 250 gms paneer
  3. For Marination
  4. 2tnsp soya sauce
  5. 2 tbsp worchestshire sauce
  6. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  7. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1 tsp Rosemary
  11. 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil for grilling
  12. Green of spring onion for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First wash and pat dry bell peppers on kitchen towel
  2. Cut bell peppers width wise which is curved .
  3. Cut paneer in small cubes
  4. MIX all the ingredients of marination
  5. Divide marination in two bowls
  6. Add paneer and capsicum in two different bowls of marination
  7. Leave it for 30 mins
  8. Now with help of toothpick skewer paneer in between curve of bell peppers
  9. Heat a grilling pan To this Add butter and olive oil . Grill sticks on low flame
  10. Serve hot with any dipping sauce
