Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Maize flour
  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  3. 1/4 cup peas
  4. 1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
  5. 3-4 green chillies finely chopped
  6. 2 tbsp ghee
  7. 1 cup boiled milk
  8. 1 cup water
  9. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  10. 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT GHEE, ADD VEGGIES, SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS
  3. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLIES. SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  4. COVER AND COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 2 MINUTES
  5. ADD MILK, WATER AND SALT. MIX WELL
  6. WHEN MILK STARTS BUBBLING, ADD MAIZE FLOUR AND MIX WELL TO AVOID LUMPS
  7. KEEP SAUTEING UNTIL MIXTURE STARTS LEAVING SIDES
  8. ONCE MIXTURE COMPLETELY LEAVES SIDES. SWITCH OFF
  9. ALLOW TO COOL
  10. MAKE LEMON SIZED BALL. FLATTEN IT
  11. COAT CUTLET WITH BREADCRUMBS
  12. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
  13. SHALLOW FRY THE CUTLET
  14. ALLOW EXCESS OIL TO BE ABSORBED
  15. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP
