Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli 1/4 cup
  2. Ghee 1 tbsp
  3. Milk 500 ml
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp if using condensed milk
  5. Sugar 4 tbsp if not using condensed milk
  6. Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Saffron pinch
  8. Condensed Milk 2 tbsp
  9. FOR GARNISH
  10. Ghee 1 tbsp
  11. Roasted Cashews
  12. Roasted Raisins
  13. Chopped Almonds

Instructions

  1. ADD GHEE IN A KADAI. ADD 1/4 CUP SEMIYA. ROAST SEMIYA IN GHEE
  2. WHEN THE COLOR OF SEMIYA TURNS TO LIGHT BROWN, ADD 500 ML MILK
  3. WHEN THE MILK STARTS BOILING, ADD 3 TBSP SUGAR
  4. ADD PINCH OF SAFFRON AND 1/2 TSP CARDAMON POWDER
  5. ADD 2 TBSP CONDENSED MILK (OPTIONAL)
  6. BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
  7. GARNISH WITH ROASTED CASHEW, RAISINS AND CHOPPED ALMONDS
