  2. Red dry chilli 15 to 20 no
  3. Fresh Coconut 1/2 cup
  4. Coriender leaves 1 tbsp
  5. Onion 1 small
  6. Garlic cloves 7 to 8
  7. Ginger 1/2 inch
  8. cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  9. Coriender seeds 1 tbsp
  10. Turmaric powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Sugar 1 tbsp
  13. White vinegar 1 tbsp
  14. Water 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. BANGDA / BANGRA FISH
  2. TAKE ALL INGREDIENTS
  3. MIX IN A MIXTURE JAR
  4. ADD WHITE VINEGAR AND WATER
  5. MAKE A PASTE
  6. MAKE FINE PASTE
  7. MIX WELL
  8. CUT FISH INTO MIDDLE BOTH SIDE
  9. LIKE THIS USE THINE KNIFE
  10. FILL IN FISH READY MASALA PASTE
  11. PUT IN HOT OIL
  12. Make pan fry
  13. TURN AFTER 4 TO 5 MIN
  14. MAKE SHALLOW FRY TO BOTH SIDE
  15. READY TO SERVE STUFFED BANGRA
