Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 medium cauliflower florets
  2. 3tbsp curd
  3. 6tbsp besan
  4. 3tbsp corn flour
  5. 2tbsp rice flour
  6. 1tbsp red chilly powder
  7. 1tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
  8. 1tbsp vinegar
  9. 1tsp ajwain
  10. 1tsp lime juice
  11. Salt and pepper to taste
  12. Chat masala to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. BOIL WATER WITH A PINCH OF TURMERIC, ADD 15-16 CAULIFLOWER FLORETS, BOIL FOR 3-4 MINS
  2. DRAIN EXCESS WATER, KEEP TO COOL
  3. MIX CAULIFLOWER, 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, 1 TSP RED CHILLI, 3 TBSP CURD, SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  4. ADD 6 TBSP GRAM FLOUR, 2 TBSP RICE FLOUR, 3 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  5. ADD 1TBSP VINEGAR, 1TSP LIME JUICE
  6. ADD VERY LITTLE WATER, MIX WELL
  7. MARINATE FOR 20 MINS
  8. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  9. DRAIN EXCESS OIL ON A PAPER NAPKIN, SPRINKLE A LITTLE CHAT MASALA
