Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower florets 1 cup
  2. Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  3. Maida 2 tablespoons
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. Ginger-Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  6. Soy sauce 2 drops
  7. Red chilli powder according to taste
  8. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Immerse the cauliflower florets in boiling water with salt for a few minutes.
  2. Make a paste of all the ingredients except the oil.
  3. Dip these florets/mix florets in the paste and deep fry in hot oil till they are golden brown in colour.
  4. Serve it with hot ketchup or green chutney.
