Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Multi grain Flour 1 cup
  2. Goosefoot 1/2cup(blanched)
  3. Asefotidia 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Water as required
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ghee 2 tsp
  9. Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. BLEND 1CUP FLOUR,1/2CUP BOILED GOOSEFOOT,1 PINCH ASEFOTIDIA,SALT,1TSP EACH CORIANDER POWDER AND RED CHILLI TOGETHER IN A BLENDER.
  2. KNEAD A SEMI SOFT DOUGH.
  3. CUT INTO LEMON SIZE PIECES.
  4. ROLL IN DRY FLOUR AND ROLL WITH A ROLLING PIN.
  5. SPRINKLE 1 TSP ROASTED SESAME SEEDS AND ROLL A LITTLE BIT MORE.
  6. PUT IT ON A PRE-HEATED TAWA ,FLIP AND SPREAD 1 TSP GHEE AND COOK WELL.
